By accessing Fanalyze, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Use policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fanalyze.

• The minimum age to use Fanalyze is 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. Fanalyze is a gambling-adjacent product and is not available to minors under any circumstance, including with parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for confirming that use of Fanalyze is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Fanalyze may restrict access to the service where required by law.

Fanalyze is sports intelligence and analytics software. Fanalyze provides match data, predictive model estimates, odds/market context, manually entered risk and exposure tools, and decision-support analysis for informational purposes.

• Fanalyze is not a sportsbook.
• Fanalyze is not a gambling operator.
• Fanalyze does not place bets.
• Fanalyze does not accept wagers.
• Fanalyze does not manage user funds.
• Fanalyze does not connect to sportsbooks to execute bets.
• Fanalyze does not guarantee outcomes, profit, value, or accuracy.
• You are solely responsible for your own decisions made using Fanalyze.

• Predictions are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees.
• Odds, scores, live match data, and model outputs may be stale, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
• Fanalyze may label data as stale, cached, historical, unavailable, model-only, live, or archived to reflect its actual state.
• You should not rely on Fanalyze as the sole basis for any financial decision.

Use Fanalyze responsibly. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment, resources are available. See our Responsible Use page for guidance and support resources.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Fanalyze may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Fanalyze does not store full payment card details.
• Fanalyze offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions, unless otherwise required or prohibited by applicable law.
• Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription/billing flow available in your account.

You may not:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Scrape or abuse the service.
• Reverse engineer any part of Fanalyze.
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use Fanalyze to promote illegal gambling or other unlawful activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Fanalyze systems or other users' accounts.
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users.
• Misrepresent Fanalyze outputs as guarantees or official betting advice.

• Fanalyze, Inc. owns or controls the platform, code, design, branding, and analysis outputs, unless otherwise stated.
• You retain ownership of your own content, where applicable.
• You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute Fanalyze data or output without Fanalyze's written permission.

Fanalyze relies on third-party services, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Sports and live match data providers
• Odds/market data providers
• OAuth sign-in providers: Google, Microsoft, and Apple
• Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers

Each third-party service has its own terms and availability, which Fanalyze does not control.

Your use of Fanalyze is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• Fanalyze does not warrant uninterrupted service.
• Fanalyze does not warrant complete, accurate, or timely sports data.
• Fanalyze does not guarantee model accuracy or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanalyze, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fanalyze.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fanalyze, Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of Fanalyze, unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or misuse of Fanalyze's outputs.

Fanalyze may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraud, payment issues, security concerns, or unlawful conduct.

Fanalyze may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

• Gambling-adjacent language throughout these Terms.
• Limitation of liability language and its enforceability by jurisdiction.
• Governing law, venue, and any arbitration clause.
